40 M with body pains and allergy since 10days
CC:Body pains, joint pains, cough,fever since 10 days Allergy since 4months HOPI:HOPI: Apparently,the patient is asymptomatic since 10 days ago.Later he developed body pains, joint pains,cough, and gastric pain since 10 days , associated with headache and fever with chills. Pain is insidious in onset , gradual in progression. Aggravating in the morning and relieved on medication. He also complained of allergy since 4 months PAST HISTORY: No similar complaints Allergy since 4 months No asthma,TB,DM,HTN,SOB. PERSONAL HISTORY: Diet: Mixed Appetite: Lost Sleep: adequate Bowel and bladder: Regular Addictions: Occasional drinker FAMILY HISTORY: No similar complaints.
